When is the best time to plant your spring bulbs? 

You can start getting your garden ready for spring now until December or before first frost arrives. If you choose to do it earlier than later and the soil is dry from a rare sunny spell that we have had this year just remember to water the bulbs in. However this is not necessary if the soil is moist. Also remember to check the planting instructions on your bulbs as different varieties require planting at different depths to get the best from them next spring!
